Because we're a very small business, when clients request us to purchase and install over $500 in parts, we generally ask for payment upfront. We always guarantee this work will be done satisfactory and meet our / your expectations. If the build does not meet expectations, we offer a 10-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Past that time, PC Simplicity can only continue to support our user with hardware replacement configuration and installation, and we can only work within the vendors and the manufacturer's warranty.
For a year, we will respectively help with installation, configuration, organizing RMAs and replacements, but our clients are generally responsible for the costs of the hardware itself. We are liberal with our hardware and will happily provide a temporary replacement until RMA'd components are returned from the manufacturer in satisfactory condition. Our goal is to ensure your uptime and avoid disrupting workflow... we will do everything we can to make sure your problems are resolved quickly.
